My Trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! (Tips to Help you Plan your trip)

Me and my children just got back from visiting Disneyland & California Adventures.  We had a blast while there. I think everyone who has gone or is planning to go  looks for tips to make their trip run smoothly. So I will gladly offer my observation of what I feel are very good tips to use while traveling.

We stayed in a good neighbor hotel BEST WESTERN RAFFLES INN.  It wasn’t the best hotel but it wasn’t the worst either. They had a free continental breakfast  that could use a little improvement because the potatoes were always cold dry .When I booked my travel package my travel agent mentioned it was across the street but it was a few blocks away, but you are able to get to Disneyland resort  by walking, bus called the ART and shuttles from the parking garages.

1. Pack a backpack with snacks and water (Things aren’t cheap lol)

2. Make sure you get to the parks very early because they fill up fast

3. make sure you wear comfortable shoes (because there is so much walking)

4. When you see the Photo pass people you do not have to take a picture with their camera f you don’t want to but if you ask they will take one with your personal camera. The photo pass prints can be pretty pricey but very cute to have as a keepsake gift.

5. If you have a Hopper pass you may leave  one park and go to the other or if you want to rest or eat  lunch and you may re-enter when your ready to resume your journey through Disneyland

6. Cars Land (California Adventures) Flo’s V8 restaurant  very good food.  And you can’t go wrong with the Churros very yummy!

7. It’s good to know the times and the places of where the characters will be  because they are only out for a short period of time then they take their breaks. If you aren’t able to see all the characters another good way to get to see them is by going to a Character dining restaurant. You get to see a lot of different characters.

Be sure to visit Downtown Disney it has restaurants and a whole bunch of shops to help pass time until you are ready to take on Disneyland.

8.FASTPASS are a life saver for certain rides because the lines for the bigger rides can get very long and very time-consuming. Fast Pass designates a certain time to return to the ride so you don’t have to wait in line for it.

Other than that have a Blast and enjoy the fun

also make sure you check out the late night show such as the fireworks at Disneyland and the World of Color in California adventures.

Headed To Disneyland!!!!!!

So it’s time for vacation and it’s also my sons birthday weekend. I am ready for Disneyland! Made leis for my sons and I got the cool idea to make  their own autograph book from pinterest

My kids are super excited

Materials: a ringed notebooks
A picture of mickey
And stickers

Super easy I had to use package tape because I didn’t get to laminate it but I’m sure it will still work.

Pre-Planning Before Our Trip to DisneyLand!!!!!!

SO know I have mentioned before about me and my kids going to Disneyland for their 7th BIRTHDAY! I cant wait there will be a lot of pictures because I love taking them LOL! We will be doing both California Adventures and Disneyland too.

As I research the different things I should know about Disneyland the in’s and out I think I am getting more excited than the kids LOL! I did tell them that I might have to buy one of those children type of leash’s for this mission they weren’t going for that one LOL, so I must trust that they are growing and I will be right their with them so I don’t think it would be too much of a problem to get through it.

So for people who haven’t went to Disneyland yet I have found some traveling tips that may seem helpful to others as it has became very helpful for me so this is the before we get there pre planning!

1. Bring in your own snacks water, ECT… ( Trust I will have a thermal lunch bag for this purpose my kids like everything they think they may need LOL)

2. Fast Passes which allows you to save your place in line but be able to leave and come back pretty cool I think ( I will most definitely use this because I know my children would not to like to wait for a super long period of time)

3. For your first time and if a child’s birthday, visit guest relations office to receive Special button

4. Look up which food is the best to eat or try out while in the park. I haven’t been yet so I cant say what is good or not but I will be trying some of it out

5. Dress accordingly to the weather especially for little kids. ( sunscreen, shorts, hats, light clothing,)

There is way more that I am probably leaving out at this moment but here is just a few things.

I’m so EXCITED I JUST CANT HIDE IT LOL! June wont come fast enough LOL

If you want more information I will be pinning a lot of things to PINTREST as well in my DISNEYLAND VACATION BOARD

I am very excited and sad that this summer my kids will be┬áturning 7 and I will be taking my kids on our first trip to Disneyland. As a child I always wanted to go and never got the chance so now I am going to take my children. I am a little nervous because I will be alone on this trip with my TWIN yr old sons. I don’t know what I’m in for exactly but I am very excited to see what we will conquer on this trip. I swear I might need a MOMMY VACAY after this one for sure lol. Any trip advice for a single parent is really needed right now!!
